What You'll Do as a Business Office Administrator

• Review sales deal for financial accuracy and take corrective action as necessary
• Generate all necessary paperwork in conjunction with the sale of a used or new vehicle.
• Ensure all deals are fully compliant with local, state, and federal guidelines
• Submit all deals to financial institutions for approval and funding
• Open, apply and post all incoming wires for vehicle sales; create outgoing wires / check payments for sold vehicles
• Timely follow through on all processes to include Funding, Titles, Documentation, Registrations, Warranty Registrations, etc.
• Weekly reporting on the pipeline of deals and new vehicle closings
• Prepare and maintain complete and accurate records (contracts, documentation, invoices, etc.)
• Maintain productive relationships with lenders, vendors, consultants, and Lexus guests
• Support vehicle closing process, review quotes and contracts for inaccuracies, and track down any necessary approvals
• Assist in maintaining company records in accordance with established systems and applicable laws
• Support the team in various functions

Key Skillsets

• One to two years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in finance or the automotive industry are preferred but not required
• Ability to communicate at a high level, both verbally and in writing
• Organizational and computer skills are required for the position
