What is the Collections Specialist role?

You’ll be the front line of our debt collection business. You'll have a portfolio of accounts and will locate and negotiate with customers to find an affordable repayment solution, enabling customers to free themselves of a headache and you to achieve your monthly goals.

What are we looking for?

You don't need prior collections experience and could be working in other sectors but you will be tech savvy and able to navigate comfortably between various software applications. Our targets are achievable and we’ll give you all of the training required to know what to say and when. We work hard but have fun, so if you're resilient, a self-starter and able to build rapport, we'd love to hear from you.
