Hybrid/ Remote Call Center Representative
Join a rapidly growing financial company, who is a top market leader, that provides servicing solutions and competitive products to
satisfy the business needs of its clients. We are looking for entry level customer service representatives who can handle daily calls pertaining to insurance questions and can give great customer service.
Responsibilities:
This person will be responsible for handling 50-80 inbound calls.
Will receive questions from borrowers, insurance agents and financial institutions.
The CSR must be able to multi-task between various systems to research and document the phone calls.
Problem solving and problem resolutions skills are required.
Skills/Qualifications:
MUST HAVE:
At least 6 months to a year of customer service experience.
Efficient in using a windows PC computer and navigating their software system.
Typing:
at least 35 WPM (will take required typing assessment)
Great verbal, typing and written communication skills
NICE TO HAVE:
2+ years of call center experience
***Insurance or Mortgage experience is a plus - this could possibly come with a pay increase based on experience***
