Our primary client is a senior or disabled adult. Our secondary client is the person who cares for them, family, friends and or a circle of professionals.

Who Are we looking for:

Our next Geriatric Care Manager will provide services for our clients and help to cultivate new clients in a given area. We want individuals are who are looking to grow and want some outside direction and mentorship in leadership, yet have experience in care management.

When something comes up, you will be able to figure it out or ask pertinent questions to get the right information. You know how to build long-lasting relationships, and you are also able to identify issues and gain client trust quickly.

Above all, you are a team player, and you understand that we thrive through our human combination of sharing, combining synergistically, enhancing the value of what we add, and how we support each other and our clients to create improve their lives and build joy.

Compensation

About Senior Solutions offers competitive salary + company bonus. Our benefits include medical insurance, 4% employer match on 401K, paid time off and paid sick leave.

Hours can be flexible, travel is required to see clients (mileage reimbursement offered)

Full Time and Part Time Positions are available in Los Angeles and Riverside Counties, CA.
