The Catering team has the responsibility of skillfully carrying out preparation of food for our our communities health care teams, K-12 cafeterias, birthdays, graduations, and more. And they do so all while caring for the customer at hand. In a of a quick-service restaurant, ensuring the highest quality products and services are delivered to our guests is our top priority.

The person applying for this position must have excellent communication skills and time management. Previous restaurant experience is a plus.

Responsibilities of a Catering Team Member

• Always delivering crave-able food, in a timely manner, which meets or exceeds Chick-fil-A Quality Requirements.
• Track daily, weekly and monthly inventory;
• Maintaining accurate order logs;
• Fulfill daily catering orders and deliveries;
• Coordinate a professional space with Kitchen team;
• Aligning daily practice of the Catering team with the vision of the organization and with the quarterly thematic goal of the organization.
• Ensure that all Catering orders are prepared on time and according to procedures.

Requirements of a Catering Team Member

• Have a passion for organization and attention to detail that is not deterred by repetitive procedures/routines;
• Excel with systematic follow-through and auditing skills;
• Enthusiastically and optimistically lead all daily systems;
• Must be positive and willing to learn;

• Physical demands include: fast-paced environment, standing for prolonged periods of time, ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
