CCBHC Quality Assurance & Training Specialist Job at The Bridge Inc.
Essential Duties:
- Review medical records to ensure that documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner as it correlates to clinical and regulatory standards while adhering to Evidenced Based Practices
- Support operations of the Incident Review Committee, participate in the incident review, and incident management processes
- Manage the quality improvement initiatives, Quality Assurance Reporting Requirements (QARR) Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS) data reporting
- Participate in the management of High Risk Meetings to support adherence with established Bridge policy
- Manage licensing audits (OMH) and other site visits (DOHMH)
- Conduct program evaluation activities and lead quality improvement initiatives
- Collect quality assurance data for presentation to senior agency leadership
- Ensure agency compliance with New York State Justice Center requirements
- Provide initial and ongoing training in EBPs to support the success of the CCBHC
- Manage special projects to improve the performance of Community Support Programs
- Perform other administrative and managerial duties as required to support program operations.
Qualifications:
Education: Licensed Mental Health Professional (LSMW, LMHC, LCMSW)
Experience: At least one year of direct care experience in behavioral health

- This position requires accuracy, orientation to detail and maintaining a high level of confidentiality. Demonstrated experience in training, managing and coaching others in Evidenced Based Practices and quality assurance activities
- Good analytical and innovative problem-solving abilities, written and oral communication skills, and effective interpersonal skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
