CGP: Staff Accountant Job at Century Group International Inc
Our client, a real estate investment company in West Los Angeles, is a Property Accountant. Role is onsite. Only local applicants will be considered. Salary $80k-$90k.
Job Duties: Month end close; adjusting journal entries; bank reconciliations; reconciling intercompany transactions; financial statement preparations; assist with property accounting for portfolio of designated properties consisting of residential and commercial; and assist with accounts payable.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years real estate accounting experience
- Real estate accounting software experience with Yardi
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
