The role of the Human Resources Assistant is to assist the Senior Leadership in optimizing staffing levels and continuing to keep the pipeline full of qualified potential leaders. The responsibilities of a Human Resources Assistant include, but are not limited to:
Staffing Responsibilities:
- Consistent communication with Ops team to be aware of staffing needs
- Review Candidates and set-up phone interviews
- Conduct phone interviews
- Assist in New Hire paperwork and onboarding process
- Conduct orientation
Recruiting Responsibilities:
- Help create and enforce recruiting plan
- Stay up to date with current recruiting methods
- Attract exceptional talent
- Attending job fairs and career events
- Understand staffing requirements
- Build talent networks in the community to find qualified candidates.
- Provide a weekly update to the People Director on progress of recruiting.
This position includes:
- 40 hours a week (excluding break time)
- 20 hrs on the floor
- 20 hrs admin time
- Over time available to meet business needs

REQUIREMENTS
- College Degree or Equivalent Experience
- High School Degree
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs and stand for up to 8 hours.
- Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic
- Continually interface with guests to provide quick, friendly, and accurate service.
