We are looking for a strong marketing leader who knows how to anchor a corporate brand in Corporate Social Responsibility. What you’ll do

• Define and create the brand vision & strategy for the Krause Group brand
• Provide leadership and guidance to brand strategy behind each Krause Group business
• Integrate Krause Group’s 4 Pillars of Corporate Social Responsibly (CSR): Purpose, People (including Diversity, Equity & Inclusion), Planet, & Philanthropy into the fabric of our businesses
• Provide leadership to CSR governance, strategy, metrics, and initiatives
• Develop and implement communications strategies supporting our vision and purpose
• Provide leadership to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) strategy and development of initiatives across the organization
• Build and develop a team supporting Krause Brand & Marketing, CSR, DEI, and Communication
• Join the Senior Leadership Team of Krause Group in leading its businesses

What we’re looking for

• Luxury brand building experience
• A marketing executive with significant experience building compelling brands
• Strong business acumen
• International experience – Italian and/or European experience
• Experience & passion for using Corporate Social Responsibility as a foundation to build strong brands
• Interest in diversity, equity, & inclusion
• An agile leader who thrives in change
• Ability to travel up to 25% internationally
• Proficiency in a romance language such as: Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, or French AND English preferred
• Relocation to the Des Moines, IA area required. This is not a remote role.
