Chiropractic Assistant or Licensed Message Therapist (LMT)

In your role as a Licensed Massage therapist (LMT) or Chiropractic Assistant, you’ll be the connection between the additional one-on-one time we enjoy with each patient and the progress they make. • Work alongside our board-certified Chiropractic Physician, providing a unique treatment plan to help the patient achieve their pre-accident lifestyle.
• Provide physiotherapy treatment and patient care according to state and federal regulations and professional guidelines.
• Maintain open and ongoing communication with therapy department to ensure that patient and departments needs are met.
• Help patients to regain control of their lives and their independence.
• Create an environment and a culture that enables the clinic to fulfill its mission by providing patient safety and patient-centered treatment.

· Provide exceptional customer service skills

· Takes some general diagnostic information for the physician’s use in the examination and treatment

· Control the office flow; attend to patient needs in a timely manner

· Abides by HIPAA laws regarding of sharing of personal medical information

· Responsible for accuracy and completion of paperwork in a timely manner

· Build a team atmosphere in the office

· Communicate and work closely with Physicians, Case Manager and Office Manager

· Keep the office clean and presentable.
