What You'll Do

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

• Open and close stores independently and on time.
• Create an industry-leading, welcoming experience for our customers
• Follow all service and experience standards
• You will process point of sale transactions and properly record purchases.
• You will effectively explain and answer questions about ManyMoons revolutionary model and mission.
• Provide support to Store Manager to host in-store customer events
• Gather and communicate customer feedback on all aspects of the business
• Be educated on the competitors in your market - communicate important information to your manager

VISUAL MERCHANDISING & STORE STANDARDS

• Sales floor maintenance - keeping things neat and set to standards
• Visual merchandising - daily upkeep of sales floor and display windows - following guidelines provided by the creative team
• Stockroom maintenance - includes lifting freight, organizing stock, and keeping team member areas well maintained
• Maintain store standards for cleanliness and maintenance of the space - daily vacuuming and dusting of the store, bathroom, etc…. (follow established schedule to share responsibilities amongst the team)

You will have a ton of fun doing tasks undoubtedly outside of this job description, while we continue to build & expand ManyMoons!

How You Will Create A Positive Impact

• You will record and report valuable feedback regarding location and consumer behavior that will help ManyMoons develop future circular retail strategies that help keep products in use as long as possible
• You will be on "the front-line" of sustainable lifestyle research that eventually changes consumer behavior, and helps reduce waste to landfills.
