The City Connects program is a school-based program which is an innovative model of systemic student support. The coordinator will access the strengths and needs of each student in the school and connect them with a tailored set of supports and resources from inside and outside the school.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in School Counseling or Social Work (or another human services field)
  • Experience working in a school environment
  • Experience in case management and related strong organizational skills
  • Evidence of culturally competent practices
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse staff, a diverse student body and families, as well as a team of professionals at both the school and the university
