Job Description
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Clean interior and exterior commercial glass using industry standard techniques and equipment
- Clean windows on high-rise and low-rise buildings
- Assemble and disassemble scaffolding as needed
- Lift, move, push and pull up to 75 pounds and work outdoors in all weather, year round.
- Work at heights and climb ladder up to 32 feet, and work at additional heights with the use of aerial lifts and other height assist equipment.
- Working alongside a team
- Follow safety regulations and enforce a strong safety culture with the team
- Other duties as requested by the management team
Requirements include but are not limited to:
- 2+ years of window cleaning experience
- Clean driving record
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to pass background check
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to bend, lift, pull push and/or carry objects up to 50 pounds, as well as using stairs/elevators, etc.
