Accountable for:

• Serves as main point of contact for assigned customer requests & orders.
• Values good communication and how the information affects the quality of the part or service to the customer.
• Understands and follows job related standard operating procedures.
• Helps coordinate the process flow for assigned customer accounts.
• Covers accounts for other customer service representatives as needed.
• Works with customer, salesperson and internal PI departments to ensure a positive customer experience, particularly with key PI clients.
• Assists customer to identify needs and communicates those needs throughout PI.
• Follows projects and relays information to the customer or salesperson
• Creates and enters data for forms in various systems.
• Initiates and expedites sample/sketch requests and production orders including revisions.
• Works with customer forecasts or orders to ensure appropriate supply of parts.
• Manages correspondence including reports for customers as appropriate-refers to team leader or salesperson when necessary.
• Works on teams to help improve processes, particularly as those relate to information technology supporting PI's order entry and production coordination.
• Follows good manufacturing practices to ensure product safety
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Educational Requirements: This position requires a high school diploma and or higher vocational or university level is beneficial.

In addition to the educational requirements the ideal candidate will come with a background in manufacturing.

• Ideal candidate will have experience using all office peripherals, Salesforce Software and Microsoft office experience
