Position Description: At AbeTech, we are seeking an individual to join our Client Experience Office. The Client Experience Specialist role is responsible for providing an excellent and valuable experience to our clients through efficient order processing, timely order management, and providing explosive responsiveness. The Client Experience Specialist works within a team environment and is apart of a Sales Agency that consists of Senior Sales Reps, and an Account Manager. The Client Experience Specialist will work within the Sales Agency to provide continued support and growth within a defined account base.

Primary Responsibilities: As a Client Experience Specialist, you will fulfill the following tasks:

  • Exceptional Client Experience
  • Sales Order entry
  • Procurement
  • Purchase Order and Sales Order Management
  • Quoting
  • Sales Support within defined account base
  • Work directly with internal departments such as, Supply Chain, Warehouse and Professional Services to fulfill the needs of our Clients.
  • Provide backup for the Client Experience and Account Manager team
Requirements:

Required Skills and Education:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Explosive responsiveness and attention to detail is a requirement
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Business Solutions and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Microsoft Dynamics GP and Microsoft Dynamics 365 considered a bonus
  • Commitment to learn different Product and Service Offerings provided by AbeTech
  • Have a general desire to increase knowledge and gain personal development
  • Desire and willingness to work as a team to improve revenue metrics including order accuracy, order processing, and margin management
  • Ability to recommend process improvements and work with other departments on continuous improvements
  • A high school degree or equivalent is required; however, a college degree is beneficial
  • 2+ years’ experience in a Business-to-Business Client-facing role
  • 2+ years' experience in Order Management or Procurement
