About the Role
As the client success manager, you’ll be directly responsible for managing our customer relationships. This is an important role that requires just the right blend of domain expertise, account management and creativity to help us do something that’s not been done before. As a domain expert, you’ll bring your knowledge of dietary supplements directly to the table. You’ll help us and our clients meet our goals by ensuring expectations are aligned. This often means gently guiding their business towards the best practices you’re seeing from your vantage. That requires a keen eye, curiosity and the ability to integrate e-commerce marketing with emerging business models in health technology. It’s a cool intersection to play in, and you’d be helping to define the future of precision wellness for all.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop a trusted relationship with our clients
- Develop a complete understanding of how our products meet their needs
- Anticipate problems and develop creative solutions
- Communicate account performance with all stakeholders
- Become the expert they seek out for their success
- Educate customers on the use and benefits of our products
- Develop strategic plans to improve client performance
- Analyze client data to provide value-add customer relationship management
- Advise product development internally and externally
- Communicate best practices for retail, ecommerce, health-tech and health care practitioner channels
- Ensure clients are adopting best practices
- Ensure our product development teams are building the right products that solve problems for our clients end consumers
- Develop a trusted relationship with our internal teams
- Ensure an exceptional client experience and manage their issues
- Manage communications between clients and internal teams
- Be a customer advocate while capturing customer feedback and reporting requests to Product Management and Development
- Ensure the highest quality of materials are being produced and all client needs met
- Work with design, sales team, product marketing, operations, marketing, and team members from other departments to communicate and align client success factors
- Develop and present reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and use for case studies or company training
- Maintain a revenue base by managing account retention and renewal
- Drive upgrade revenue through increased product adoption and increased usage
What You’ll Need To Do It:
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently and apply good problem solving skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced start-up environment; able to mentor and lead
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented and self-directed
- Excellent interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person
- Domain expertise in digital marketing, e-commerce and dietary supplements
- Ability to communicate effectively with executives across myriad business types
- Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories
- Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or relevant field
- Four years work experience in sales, management, key account management, or relevant experience
- Strong technology skills, and experience with CRM software and Google Suite
- Strong negotiation skills, with ability follow-through on client contracts
- Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
