Our clinical strategy group works to ensure that our clinical objectives are achieved through external client engagements and internal team processes. This team sits within a larger clinical organization that includes research, clinical product and care delivery. The Manager, Clinical Strategy and Planning, is an internally-facing role that manages the team's execution against corporate and function-level strategy. This leader is responsible for supporting the efficient execution of our team's mission by facilitating team meetings, planning offsites, and running the annual planning process. In this role you are the first point of contact for the clinical team with corporate strategy partners and ensure that our team is working collaboratively toward the same goals across the organization. This role reports into our Senior Director, Clinical Strategy.
About you:
The ideal candidate has health care management experience with a deep interest in helping teams work efficiently and have impact. You excel at project management, training, and achieving alignment across teams. You think strategically and are able to break down complex ideas into understandable components. You have experience working in health technology either in industry or through hospitals. You understand the importance of well-executed corporate strategy at the functional level. You have working knowledge of business strategy and what it takes to deliver results to meet organizational goals and objectives.
Your impact:
- Maintain familiarity Omada's corporate strategy & objectives
- Build strong relationships with corporate strategy and other operational leaders
- Oversee the clinical team's functional-level planning through annual planning process and regular check-ins
- Run leadership meetings by coordinating agendas and following up on deliverables
- Direct cross-functional communication through quarterly newsletter and functional-level memos
- Plan and oversee clinical team offsites and trainings
- Project-manage key cross-functional initiatives

Below is a summary of salary ranges for this role in the following geographies:
California, New York State and Washington State Base Compensation Ranges: $132,000 - $165,000*, Colorado Base Compensation Ranges: $118,800 - $148,500*. Other states may vary.
This role is also eligible for participation in annual cash bonus and equity grants.
