The Transitional Care Center is a great facility that operates within the Blount Memorial System. We have with a fantastic team with lots of support from the hospital. The Transitional Care Center is a 76-bed post-acute care facility that primarily works to rehabilitate short term residents from the hospital. It's a terrific place to work with a lot to offer patients and employees.
Responsibilities/Requirements:
We are looking for friendly C.N.A's who will be providing direct care to patients to our adult and geriatric residents. You will be developing your skills while working with the RN's and LPN's to provide routine daily nursing care and services.
