Hillcrest Healthcare Center is a Skilled Nursing Facility who has been working on becoming the facility of choice within Northwest Iowa. New administration, has recently joined Hillcrest Healthcare Center’s team and they are looking to hire Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and or Certified Medication Aides (CMA) who what to help us make a positive difference in the lives of the elderly and vulnerable population and be part of our future success. • Flexible Scheduling with additional premium pay: “Go Where-Ever Needed” schedule platform for willing C N A/C M A Employees. Employees who work on this designated schedule plan will earn an additional premium in addition to their base pay as listed: C N A/C M A: $10/HR in addition to base hourly rate. To be eligible to work the “Go Where-Ever Needed” scheduling platform Employees must work a minimum of 20 hours a week and be willing to pick up open available shifts not already scheduled to regular full time or part time staff. To receive the additional premium employees must not call off during the designated pay period.

Job Responsibilities:

• Meet the nursing and rehabilitation needs of each resident.

• Provide superior care for residents.

• Complete residents’ assignments effectively and promptly.

• Observe changes in resident conditions and promptly report them.

• Document accurately and completely.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
