Starbucks in Aspen is seeking a seasoned Co-Manager/Store Manager to bring the best out of our people and achieve a flawless Starbucks Experience.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in overseeing and supporting a team of leaders as well as the entire operation. Confidence in growing the business and always going that extra mile for our guests is essential to the role.

You will build and maintain an efficient team of employees, driving them towards the objectives of the business and leading a friendly, courteous, and professional service always. You will also need a strong business acumen and ensure that the store budgets are strictly adhered to.

Responsibilities:

• Lead all aspects of the day to day running of the business
• Ensuring the highest standards of food service are adhered to at all times.
• To ensure the efficient flow of service and standards are constantly met during service periods.
• Build and maintain an efficient team of employees, driving the team towards the objectives of the business.
• To ensure that the store's personnel budgets are strictly adhered to.
• Recruit and select employees to the agreed staffing levels.
• To develop a learning culture and to ensure that all employees feel valued and rewarded.
• Promote the training and development of the team to ensure standards are maintained and monitor all training and development within the department.
• Manage all employees in line with the agreed skills and standards, giving regular feedback and appraisals.
• To manage all disciplinary and grievance issues within the department.
