As a team member at UCB, you would be part of a stable, growing organization that has been in business since 1959. Experience is not required. Our 2-3 week, paid training will equip you with everything you need to create ongoing success. Our representatives have the opportunity to bonus on top of their hourly pay, and we want you to be one of them!
Full time & Part time positions available.
Responsibilities:
Help individuals find solutions with a friendly attitude
Work alongside a team to support customers and each other
Maintain accurate record of calls and relevant data
Prerequisites/Preferred Skills:
Active listening – the most important step in effective communication skills!
Goal-oriented with high energy!
Ability to pass a background check clear of felonies or charges involving theft
