Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
- Reviewing plans, contracts and other documents related to the project to anticipate what will be needed and when for project planning/scheduling
- Developing and executing submittal plan for each project
- Develop and execute a Material Purchase Plan
- Work closely with Project Manager and ensure project cash flow is adhered to
- Coordinate with field supervision to develop field deliver schedules
What you must have:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- No licenses or certifications needed
- Ability to use basic office equipment computer, phone, etc.
- Ability to organize large amounts of detail
- Ability to proactively plan series of activities
- Basic math skills
- Intermediate ability with Microsoft Excel
Physical Demands:
- Must have the ability to work on a computer for long periods
Work Environment/Hours:
- This position works in an office, generally from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Primary Work Location:
- Frisco, TX
