POSITION SUMMARY
The Compensation Specialist designs, implements, and administers global compensation programs including job evaluation, salary administration, annual short-term management incentives, sales compensation, area differentials and quarterly/monthly cash incentives for SIRVA BGRS business units.

FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

25% Conducts market pricing, job analysis and evaluation
25% Responsible for job documentation
25% Administers short-term incentive programs
25% Works on other compensation projects and initiatives as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS AND PREFERRED SKILLS

• 3+ years of compensation administration experience
• Experience designing and administering variable pay programs
• Attention to detail
• Analytical aptitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
• CCP preferred

For Colorado candidates, we anticipate the pay range for this role $70,000-$85,000. Actual compensation will be based on skills and experience.
