Job Summary: COO for midsize construction company with 10+ years of managing/developing departments with an extensive background of estimating and project management that reports to ownership. A leader and critical thinker, ready to solve problems before they become obstacles. Self-starter construction professional with strong technical expertise on civil projects. Responsible for planning and monitoring company progress. Must be well versed in construction performance, construction operations management and competent in assuming delegated duties. A Proven track record for on-time completion with strong quality control experience and strengths in meeting deadlines and budgetary constraints while maintaining a safe work environment with consistent quality. Interpersonal Training and Team Leadership Skills- managing crews while directing overall estimating and project team. Needs to be Well versed in facilitation of meetings as well as written communication including Presentations before groups, written policies and procedures, general correspondence. Responsible for hiring, terminating, retention, and conflict resolution. Relate well with people at all levels and diverse backgrounds.

  • Knowledge of DOT regulations and paperwork
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Pay: $95,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
