Who you are...

You are the main point of contact between the client and architect on a project. You make sure the project is completed on time and within budget. You have a team of individuals that support you through this process, which includes the Project Superintendent, Project Coordinator, and a variety of Subcontractors.

What we need from you...

• Client Relationship - You will have weekly client meetings to discuss the project schedule and finances.
• Financials - You will prepare monthly owner billings. You will review and approve monthly subcontractor billings.
• Client Satisfaction - At the end of the job you will get a reference letter from the Client and Architect.

• Know your way around a computer
• Ability to pass a background check
• Have a valid driver's license and must be insurable by our insurance company
• This is a safety‐sensitive position, and you must have a negative drug test including testing negative for marijuana
• Comfortable and Proficient speaking to groups up to 10 people for 30-45 minutes at a time
