Convention Center Workers Job at Westaff
Westaff provides technicians to support the convention and trade show industry in New Orleans. Westaff is looking for personnel that are interested in working in the Convention Industry.
**ON THE JOB TRAINING**
Pay: Minimum $20/hr depending on experience
Setup personnel with technical experience.
Electrical - comfortable using hand tools.
Audio/Video - experience with installing audio/video equipment.
Lighting - includes stage truss assembly, ground rigging of truss systems, Leko spotlights, Ellipsoidal Spotlights, follow spotlight operation, theatrical lighting and lighting system design.
Staging - includes the installation of risers and stages, pipe and drape and the installation of custom stage design
General AV labor - used to load and unload trucks and set and strike audio video equipment.
