The Operations Coordinator supports the Senior Director of Workforce and Area Director of Workforce with executive support needs, provides administrative support on an as needed basis to other senior leaders in the division, and leads another individual in providing this support. As a key member of the Division Support Team, the Operations Coordinator is responsible for performing and overseeing a wide range of administrative and office support activities including significant interaction with the Division Leadership Team.

  • Ability to deal with confidential and sensitive matters in a professional manner
  • Present a professional image and high level of ethics, integrity, discretion, and confidentiality in all dealings
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities

  • Ability to communicate with senior leaders and executives
  • Ability to integrate within a diverse team and exhibit exceptional collaborative skills
  • Knowledge of office administration, policies, practices, and procedures
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office environment to provide information to leaders and division personnel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Temperament to communicate with a variety of personalities in a tactful, pleasant and professional manner
  • Knowledge of office equipment and machines
  • Effective calendar and meeting management


Experience

Required
  • 3 - 5 years: 3-5 years experience in an administrative or executive support role.
Preferred
  • 2 year(s): 2 years of supervisory experience is desired.
