From a small warehouse in Geelong Australia to a global operation, our Distribution team delivers to, and within, different countries around the globe every day. Such a huge operation takes a solid team effort. Our genuine belief in each other means our service is second to none. Everything we deliver is handpicked by us - from the floor to our stores every day, to give our customers what they want.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The people in our Cotton On Group DC are at the heart of everything we do. Every day we pick, replenish and deliver with a smile, on time every time, no matter what. The purpose of the Holiday Picker is to provide COG with high quality, accurate, and efficient warehouse and logistics support but leading the pick teams to achieve great results.

YOU ARE:

• Reliable and efficient in all tasks assigned using correct systems, equipment and safe operating procedures

• Previous picking experience in a warehouse environment a plus
• Capability to safely perform repetitive tasks including repetitive lifting of weights up to 35lbs
• Capability to safely walk for long periods at a time in an assigned shift
• RF gun experience preferable
• Ability to be open minded and receptive to change
• Excellent verbal skills with attention to detail
• Team player and willing to learn
• Must be physically capable of walking and standing for long periods on surfaces not necessarily friendly to the legs
