DESCRIPTION:
Otis is seeking to fill a position within the Otis Americas Communications team. Our HQ is located in Florida and Connecticut; however, work location for this role is flexible including remote.
The role entails:

Design: Production of graphic design for a range of traditional and digital platforms. Develop appropriate design solutions for our internal and external campaigns and within our brand guidelines.

Concepting: Develop design ideas and strategies for internal and external campaigns. Have the ability to simplify complex topics through visual design. Articulate ideas, solutions and provide sound recommendations to secure alignment around strategic creative solutions.

Brand Steward Act as key brand steward and champion in internal creative reviews. Support and/or stand in for creative teammates during internal meetings and reviews as necessary. Be a creative catalyst for others.

Project Management: Collaborate with outside agencies, freelancers and other support functions to ensure the success of each project from a timing, budget, brand governance and quality perspective. Drive the creative process and champion process improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:

Lead creative and strategic presentation support for Otis Americas President
-
Collaborate with functional teams, specifically Marketing, and other internal customers to deliver on a variety of strategic design requests
-
Concept look and feel for collateral, both for print and digital platforms such as social media channels and colleague-facing interfaces such as Yammer, SharePoint and Marketing Cloud
-
Manage delivery of design projects based on timeline and budget
-
Execute on designs in a fast-paced environment
-
Think creatively about ways to bring brands to life through design
-
Implement processes to understand/anticipate the needs of the customer in order to exceed customer expectations and readily react to their needs
Requirements/Skillsets:
-
5-8 years of experience in digital design and production
-
Extremely high standards for branding aesthetics and positioning down to the finest detail of every single creative execution, across a variety of mediums and initiatives
-
Strong project management skills and experience working in a project management tools such as Monday.com
-
Strong communication skills and the professional demeanor to present design concepts and strategy to cross-functional teams, freelancers and agencies
-
Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, video editing tools and Microsoft platforms
-
Ability to self-manage and thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
-
Comfortable working under tight deadlines and on multiple projects simultaneously

Passion for audience engagement and ability to quantify the impact of engagement against business goals and objectives

Proven track record of effectively supporting campaigns and executive leadership team members through the creation of powerful creative to bring the company’s vision/mission/values to life

Adept at balancing the tactical and strategic nature of the role

Focused on a consultative approach to professional services
-
A consensus builder who works effectively with colleagues at all levels within the organization

Creative, innovative, and proactive with an eye for details
-
Spanish and/or Portuguese language proficiency is a plus
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; i.e. Bachelor of Fine Arts or Bachelor of Science in Art & Design.
Candidate must preset his/her design portfolio upon request. Portfolio should include pieces that showcase an ability to design for multiple channels, and demonstrate diversity in design style.
