Essential Functions/Job Duties:
- Performs cash flow and financial analysis for CRE and C&I loans.
- Provides analytical support and recommendations to drive portfolio performance, mitigate risk, and facilitate sound credit decisions.
- Critically assessing rent rolls, financial statements, tax returns, management profiles and account relationships to evaluate potential risks, repayment ability, and collateral adequacy.
- Effectively evaluating loan proposals to determine strengths, weaknesses, and performance, which considerably improved the portfolio’s quality.
- Responsible for challenging senior analysis tasks, including the preparation of complex reports and special memorandums for risk modification proposals, which are presented to senior management
- Adhere to applicable compliance/operational risk controls in accordance with Company or regulatory standards and policies.
- Complete other related duties as assigned
