Clara Martin Center is a rural non-profit community mental health center in the center of Vermont. Within this agency is our East Valley Academy in East Randolph, a small independent school. East Valley Academy (EVA) consists of roughly 18 employees and 22-24 students depending on enrollment. We combine curriculum based instruction with adventure based learning to maximize student engagement.
We are seeking a Curriculum Coordinator to join our team. This position is responsible for the development and implementation of EVA’s Proficiency based learning curriculum, supporting teaching staff in developing curriculum and lesson plans that meet the expectations of proficiency based learning, providing supervision and consultation to academic staff and assisting in admission process and always seeking ways to improve. The person in this role will network with curriculum directors at other independent schools and positively reflect our program and agency. Strong communication, flexibility and approachability is essential for this position. Master's Degree preferred but candidates with a Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply. We offer competitive salary, benefits which include matching 403b retirement plans and other company paid benefits.
