Job Description:
- We are hiring for a Telecommunications program within our Charlotte Call Center.
- We are hiring call center representatives to handle inbound calls to assist customers with mobile device issues.
- Candidates should have at least 1 year of customer service experience, working knowledge of basic computer applications, and excellent communication skills.
Job Details:
- Pay starts at $15/hr. plus performance bonuses.
- Temporary Work at Home.
- Must be able to work nights and weekends and live within driving distance of our Charlotte location.
Requirements:
- 1 year of customer service experience.
- HS Diploma or GED/equivalent.
- Computer literacy and typing skills of 25 words per minute.
- Self-motivated and able to adapt to and comprehend business processes or procedure changes.
- Criminal record check.
