Job Position: Customer Care Representative. (Full-Time Position)

Job Description:
  • We are hiring for a Telecommunications program within our Charlotte Call Center.
  • We are hiring call center representatives to handle inbound calls to assist customers with mobile device issues.
  • Candidates should have at least 1 year of customer service experience, working knowledge of basic computer applications, and excellent communication skills.

Job Details:
  • Pay starts at $15/hr. plus performance bonuses.
  • Temporary Work at Home.
  • Must be able to work nights and weekends and live within driving distance of our Charlotte location.

Requirements:
  • 1 year of customer service experience.
  • HS Diploma or GED/equivalent.
  • Computer literacy and typing skills of 25 words per minute.
  • Self-motivated and able to adapt to and comprehend business processes or procedure changes.
  • Criminal record check.
