We have an immediate opening for a strong individual to help develop and grow a new department for our service BDC. The Customer Retention Manager will have previous automotive sales experience and extensive customer service skills. Used Car, F&I management or BDC experience would be a bonus.

Responsibilities:

· Use existing software to recognize potential clients

· Analyze incoming service appointment schedules and identify vehicles with resale potential

· Confirm service appointments and initiate vehicle acquisition conversation.

· Use mobile technology to provide information and communicate with client

· Record daily activities and follow up with previous contacts

Qualifications:

· At least one year of experience in automotive sales, management, or BDC

· A proven track record of exceptional customer service

· The ability to stay focused and work without direct supervision

· Have excellent organization and communication skills

The ideal candidate would have prior automotive retail sales or management experience. They will possess a strong work ethic with the ability to maintain focus on daily tasks. Have above-average technical abilities using multiple software platforms across multiple devices.
