Meineke is expanding in the Greater Cincinnati and Northern KY area! As part of this, we are hiring motivated individuals with Customer Service Management experience to join our dynamic Complete Car Care Repair Team! Successful candidates will be able to ensure Customer Service and satisfaction by taking ownership of the Customer experience while at Meineke. Customer Service Advisors will ensure the Meineke services meet the standards of quality set by the center to achieve complete Customer satisfaction. Customer Service Advisors will demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional Service levels and have the drive to succeed with an organization that supports and rewards excellence. They will ensure our Services meet the standards of Meineke quality earned over 50+ years with the goal of achieving complete Customer satisfaction.

To Increase Customer Satisfaction and Service By:

  • Contacting Customers to educate about the need to bring their vehicle in for servicing.
  • Following up with Customers to obtain feedback and ensure they are satisfied with services.
  • Listening to Customer complaints to assist in addressing issues and resolving challenges.
  • Selling the Customer only what his / her vehicle needs.
  • Treating the Customer with respect and human dignity.

To Increase Personal Productivity By:

  • Answering the telephone in a polite and friendly manner.
  • Supervising the activities of Automotive Service Technicians to ensure efficient job performance and timely repairs.
  • Assigning and scheduling work duties to Automotive Service Staff according to their skills.
  • Overseeing the procurement of vehicle parts, automotive equipment, and various other items required in an Automotive Service Department.

Perform All Product Installations in A Cost-Effective Professional Manner By:

  • Continuing education by attending workshops and studying relevant publications to stay up-to-date with developments in the automotive service industry.
  • Overseeing the inspection of automobiles to identify faulty components and facilitate process for repairs.
  • Maintaining accurate record of all accounts and relevant financial information.
  • Monitor inventory to regulate and ensure availability of required vehicle parts.

To Be Aware of and Comply with Center Safety Rules at All Times By:

  • Ensuring automotive service staff comply with environmental laws and regulations.
  • Overseeing operations in an auto service unit to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Overseeing the disposal of wastes (such as used engine oil and soot) to ensure adherence to health and safety laws.

To Contribute to Proper Center and Personal Image By:

  • Always keeping the facility neat and clean.
  • Dressing in a clean and neat uniform / Meineke logo’ d personal apparel.
  • Assisting in maintaining center image by cleaning center and restrooms.

To Contribute to Center Efficiency Through Teamwork By:

  • Taking an active role in Center meetings to improve Center performance.
  • Assisting with the hiring and training of an effective center team.
  • Evaluating the performance of automotive service staff to acknowledge efficient employees and guide those who are underperforming.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • We welcome individuals who are new to the Automotive industry but with previous roles in customer service, retail sales, restaurant industry or hospitality.
  • Organized, friendly, and engaging personality.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage self and others.
  • Time Management skills with a sense of urgency.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid operator’s license.
  • Fantastic ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Enjoys developing interpersonal relationships with people.
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule.
