We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Associate in our Dallas, TX location. Some key responsibilities are:
- Talk with clients by phone and in person to identify problems and concerns
- Interact with store management or vendors to resolve issues
- Work closely with delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Run reports for all locations to resolve open issues
