Customer Service - Customer Success Manager

The Customer Success Manager will lead the Customer Service Team to ensure customer satisfaction. Act as internal and external liaison for customers in support of sales and operational activities. Ensures all aspects of customer requirements are communicated clearly and timely to all groups such as Quality, Operations, Scheduling and Warehouse/Shipping-Receiving.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Supervises a diverse workforce of 5-10 employees. Provide direction to Account Managers and Customer Service Team with prioritizing daily tasks.
  • Work directly with Sales, Account Management team, Operations, and Logistics to ensure completion of customer orders.
  • Review sales invoices for completion and collection, work with Accounting to ensure proper billing and payments.
  • Reviews daily workload against Praxis scheduling priorities .Ensure the timely receipt of orders and entry into the computer system.
  • Establish strong working relationships and consistent communication with customers to understand requirements. (May be required to travel to the customer, facilitate on-site meetings, daily communication to customer on large projects, etc.)
  • Work closely with Master Scheduler and Operations to ensure schedule and job completion meets customer needs.
  • Monitor inventory and purchasing as needed on all Praxis supplied materials and all customer supplied inventories, establishing customer specific requirements.
  • Travels on-site to customer location, may work at customer locations up to 25% of the time
  • Works to improve the effectiveness of the quality management system through the use of the quality policy, quality objectives, audit results, analysis of data, corrective and preventive actions
  • Flexibly works other shifts, shifts maybe 8, 10 or 12 hours as needed

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination required
  • 3-5 years of similar experience in a leadership role in a high demand industry required
  • 3-5 years’ experience as a supervisor with direct reports.
  • Excellent customer service skills required.
  • Ability to work independently, without supervision required
  • Ability to organize priorities and workload to meet deadlines and commitments required

Computer/Communication Skills:

  • Working knowledge of MS Office programs: Word, Excel, and Outlook, required.
  • Working knowledge of CRM or ERP related software, strongly preferred
  • Ability to present training topics to small or medium sized groups
  • Ability to speak, read and write English in a manner that is sufficient for effective communication with supervisors, employees, and customers: to include reading and writing skills to understand and complete necessary customer paperwork, required
