Account Resolution Corporation, a leading collection agency and receivables management firm based in Chesterfield, Missouri is seeking to fill several collector call center positions. ARC is celebrating 20 yrs in business!! 2003-2023
The collector position involves handling inbound/ outbound phone calls, helping consumers or commercial entities resolve open accounts receivable, responding to correspondence, and utilizing professional judgment on account work standards, payment, payment plans, etc.
ARC is an industry leader looking to hire motivated self-starters who are comfortable resolving a high volume of accounts and phone calls daily.
We need high achievers to join our team. Required skills:
