Our growing company is hiring Customer Service Representatives to provide support for our customers. The ideal candidate for this position will be detail oriented, dependable and have a strong understanding of the needs of the customer. We are looking for Customer Service Representatives who enjoy assisting others and helping them solve problems.

While this does entail answering phones and scheduling appointments, a large portion of the role is reaching customers proactively. This includes, but is not limited to, outbound calling customers and filling the service schedule.

While there are other platforms to reach customers, at Blue Frost, we strive for direct customer interaction and the preferred method is voice to voice. We believe that digital platforms are to assist in the customer service interaction, not replace it.

Below are some key duties of this role:

Custome Service Representative

• Answer customer's inquiries regarding a company's products or services.
• Deliver outstanding customer service.
• Ensure quality of customer service on a regular basis.
• Customer service retention
• Filling schedule through outbound calls
• Outbound phone calls as assigned (follow up/happy/etc.)
• Reaching customers through other digital platforms
• Reaching customers to schedule maintenance from BFMAs
• Support office staff in other duties as assigned

Answer Incoming Calls

• Book service calls
• Book maintenance calls
• Direct to correct party

Qualifications and Skills:

• Excellent Communication Skills
• Ability to work as a team player
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Excellent Computer Skills (MS Office, MS Excel)
• Service Titan Experience a Plus

Salary: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
