We are seeking a Client Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for providing positive customer service, multi-tasking phone calls, appointment scheduling, and communicating client needs to other team members throughout the day. We have been voted Best of Durham 10 years in a row! We are proud to be AAHA accredited and a member of Feline Friendly Practice.
Responsibilities:
- Handle client inquiries and concerns
- Appointment and boarding reservation scheduling
- Provide information to clients about patient care recommendations and services
- Document and update patient records based on interactions and communicate effectively with doctors and coworkers
- Client education
- Collaboration with the other departments
Qualifications: (even if you don't qualify and feel you are a strong candidate, we encourage you to apply)
- Previous experience in veterinary customer service (preferred but not required)
- Ability to build rapport with clients and comfort working with animals
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment
- 3 years minimum client service facing experience
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
