Hours: 9am-6pm, Monday through Friday
Duties & Responsibilities
Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors. Assists applicants with appplication process and onboards new hires.
Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, and completing daily reports.
Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail. Collects time records, calculates hours worked, enters hours in payroll system. Processes employment applications and new hire paperwork.
Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
Provides information by answering questions and requests.
Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Communicates in both English and Spanish languages.
Qualifications & Requirements
Data Entry Skills Type 45wpm with accuracy Administrative Writing Skills
Manage Processes, Organize, Analyze Information, Problem Solve, Prioritize
Supply Management Skills
English and Spanish languages-Speaks, reads and writes
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
