United Enertech, a Chattanooga based manufacturer is seeking a Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate must be able to work in a fast paced environment with the ability to multitask. Job duties include but are not limited to -
- Deal directly with customers either by telephone or electronically
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
- Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes
- Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
- Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
- Record details of actions taken
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
- Follow up on customer interactions
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Strong Microsoft applications skills
- Strong communication skills - verbal and written
Requirements:
- 5 years Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- 3 years customer service
