JOB TITLE

Customer Service Representative.

SUMMARY

The Customer Service Representative works under the direction of the Direction of Client Relations and acts as a liaison between U.S. Mobile Health Exams (USMHE) and its returning clients. The representative is responsible for contacting and communicating with returning clients to verify their services and readiness to schedule services. The job tasks include communicating with returning clients, completing and sending quotes, updating work orders, and sending clients to the Scheduling Department for scheduling.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Contact and communicate with existing customers to verify their services and readiness to schedule via phone and email.
  • Comply with OSHA, HIPAA, and DOT, regulations as well as company policies when communicating with clients.
  • Complete and send quotes to clients for signatures under the direction of the Director of Client Relations.
  • Review Work Orders for client information and service accuracy.
  • Forward clients and job details to the Scheduling Department once a signed quote is received.
  • Sending weekly job confirmations.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

  • Knowledge of the products/services.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both in oral and written language.
  • Ability to build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience in proofreading and editing documents.

MINIMUM DESIRED REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma.
  • Minimum four years of telephone customer service experience, telemarketing experience, or a combination of education and experience required.
