Customer Service Representative (Part-time) Job at Pony Mailbox and Business Center
Pony Mailbox and Business Center in Hendersonville, TN is currently seeking a part-time customer service representative to work afternoons and Saturdays. This would be an ideal position for a college student interested in any of the following: Transportation/Logistics, Graphic Arts and Design, Business or Retail Management.
Pony Mailbox and Business Center is a retail shipping business providing domestic and international transportation services from FedEx, UPS, DHL and the United States Postal Service. In addition to package shipping Pony Mailbox also provides Personal Mailbox rentals, printing, copying and faxing services. We also provide graphic design services for banners, posters, business cards and more.
The ideal candidate will have a great personality. Able to work well with others. Previous customer service experience is a plus.
Responsibilities include:
· Provide outstanding customer service to customers both in person and over the phone.
· Learn all aspects of packaging and shipping a wide variety of items.
· Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
· Be able to work as part of a team as well as work independently.
· Be able to work well in pressure situations.
Qualifications:
· Excellent communication and people skills.
· Retail/Customer Service experience is a plus.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Punctual and dependable.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
