Customer Service Representatives Job at Onin
Onin Staffing is currently recruiting for Customer Service Representatives for several positions throughout the greater McAllen area.
Specific job duties include (but are not limited to):
- Data Entry
- Assist with record maintenance and filling
- Interacts with customers via telephone and email to provide support, answer questions, and resolve complaints
- Scheduling inbound and outbound trucks dropping off and picking up products
- Maintaining bill of lading and other shipping and receiving records
- Coordinating and communicating with dock employees regarding product
- Accurately tracking product inventory
- Generating a production scheduled to meet customer expectations
- Performs other related duties as assigned

Work Experience
- Previous experience in a customer support role
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- High school degree
