Customer Service Representatives – Contract Position – (20 Positions) in Norfolk, VA Job at BranCore Technologies
Length of Assignment: 1 year contract – possibility for temp to perm with client
Local Candidates Only or candidates willing to drive to client site. This position will be onsite
Please note we have created the follow requests for a new CSR classis scheduled to start on 6/20. The manager is looking to identify 20 candidates.
Submittal Requirements:

Will this candidate be dealing with Private Personal Information(PPI), Company Sensitive Information, or Credit Sensitive Information? yes
Top Required Skills
1) Must have customer-facing experience (in person or phone): 2 years or more
2) Must have strong computer skills (Microsoft office, video conferencing, etc.)
3) Must be able to multi-task between activities and screens during customer interactions.
4) Experience working with the public where the customer experience is the main focus.
o It would be a plus to also have experience with utilities
Process to Hire
o Candidates will apply with their suppliers
o Resume will be reviewed to see if meets requirements
o If meets requirements will pass CV to hiring manager
o Once a list of qualified candidates has been made Test will be sent out via Client’s HR division to candidates
§ Supplier will **REMIND** candidates test must be taken within 48 hours of receiving test
o Once tests have been taken, hiring manger will then select those passing candidates for interview
o After interview offers will be made to candidates
