Entry-Level Customer Service | Timecard Clerk

Location: 1507 LBJ Freeway, Suite 400, Farmers Branch, TX 75234

The Role: The Entry-Level Customer Service | Timecard Clerk will retrieve, input, and balance timecard data before submitting it to our payroll team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Excel with the ability to process high volume timecard data from
various sources, and in various formats, with a high level of accuracy. Must have strong customer service skills
and excellent communication skills.

Your Opportunity:

• Provide excellent customer service to all internal and external customers.
• Timecard data entry of multiple offices located throughout the U.S.
• Proofread and verify the accuracy of information keyed.
• Audit timecard data to ensure wage and hour compliance.
• Verify and process timecard adjustments as required

Your Attributes:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent, 6 months experience in an office environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (ability to work with large column/row data sets)
• High-efficiency data entry is a plus.
• Attention to detail with the ability to multitask
• Excellent communication skills & strong customer service skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to support timecard receipt intake traffic patterns.

Our current full-time work schedule is:

Monday: 8:30 – 5:30pm - 1 hour lunch

Tuesday: 8:30 – 5:30pm - 1 hour lunch

Wednesday: 8:30 – 7:30pm - 1 hour lunch

Thursday: 8am – 5pm – 1 hour lunch

Friday: 10am – 6pm – 1 hour lunch
