Customer Services Agent Job at Singapore Airlines

He/She is expected to perform all aspects of airport and passenger service functions including:

  • Operational duties for arrival and departure flights
  • Lost and Found (baggage/items) including relevant reporting
  • Office Administration
  • Customer Servicing and be patient with customers’ request
  • Groom and present a favourable corporate image
  • Report to work punctually and when required

Required Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required. Computer experience necessary. Demonstrates qualities of leadership, initiative, and judgment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required. Must have ability to work under pressure. Able to lift up to 70 pounds (31.9kg). Able to work weekends (ie. Friday, Saturday, Sunday), holidays and non-office hours. Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language.

Must pass TSA screening and be able to hold Airport Security Badge

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
