What are we looking for?
SoftPro is seeking a Customer Support Analyst. In this position, you will be responsible for providing telephone support to our parent company’s direct operations as they implement SoftPro Select to various sites across the country. This position can be located in our Raleigh, NC office or remotely. The hours for this position will be 9am - 6pm Pacific Time.
What will I do as a Customer Support Analyst at SoftPro?
- Provide escrow and/or title support to various direct operations as they utilize SoftPro Select
- Assist direct operations with various tasks, including but not limited to, CDF/Commercial/order balancing, Prelim/Commitment, Policy production, and other related title and closing processes
- Document key issues and report those to the appropriate parties so that resolution can be reached quickly for the operations
- Provide a high level of customer service to each operation
- Additional duties as assigned
What skills do I need to be successful as a Customer Support Analyst at SoftPro?
- 2+ years experience with real estate transactions as related to title or closing/escrow production
- The ideal candidate will have a great attitude and feel comfortable working in a high-paced team environment
- Must be familiar/comfortable with working in the Microsoft Windows operating system and applications
- Prior experience with SoftPro Select is a plus!
