The Data Analyst will:

  • Work on roughly 8-9 ongoing projects that need to be actioned across the next 2 years
  • Drive data analysis projects, from problem discovery and evaluation through to execution, ensuring insights inform product and experience design.
  • Gain a thorough awareness of all data sources that the company has access to, and include them into analyses when appropriate to create a comprehensive understanding of the customer.
  • Work together with stakeholders and UX teams to clearly identify the requirements for behavioral insight.
  • To help stakeholders better understand their audience and plan activities appropriately, experiment with consumer behavior data.
  • Utilize a range of statistical tools to comprehend the existing and likely post-change performance of processes.
  • Establish baseline measurements at the start of every project and monitor the value of any enhancements brought about by suggested adjustments, making sure that the data is reliable and the conclusions reached are in line with the initial stakeholder objectives.
  • Collaboration and effective communication skills with partners, customers, and coworkers.
  • Monitor project development and give stakeholders regular updates.
  • Give the entire company visibility into the accomplished initiatives.
  • Think big and generate ideas from the connections between your many initiatives.

The ideal Data Analyst will have:

  • A Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
  • A thorough understanding of process optimization and e-commerce.
  • A track record of working well with senior stakeholders across multiple departments.
  • Strong problem-solving, performance metric creation, and initiative value calculation skills.
  • 3 years or more of experience writing SQL
  • Working knowledge of numerous data sources, including relational databases (MySQL), data warehouses (Snowflake), lakehouses (Databricks, etc.), and the Google Cloud platform, notably BigQuery.
  • 6+ years of experience using a technology like Tableau or Power BI as a data analyst.
  • Working with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and Looker for more than two years.
