An exciting company is searching for a Data Entry Clerk to join their expanding team with room for advancement. As the Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for a variety of accounting and finance support functions, especially correctly entering large volumes of data into Microsoft Excel and ERP systems and databases. This long-term contract / temporary Data Entry Clerk position is in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out operations, using policies and procedures; detailing necessary revisions
• Gathering and organizing information to be entered into the computer; prioritizing entries
• Processing customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies
• Following techniques and procedures for data program and meeting data entry requirements
• Working with and maintaining confidentiality of highly sensitive information
• Performing special projects as assigned
• Providing support for data entry and additional administrative tasks
• Fulfill a data entry speed of 8,000 keystrokes per hour with 100% accuracy
• Computer Data Entry experience desired
• Strong communication and social skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to use multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
• High school diploma or equivalent obtained
• Capable of working independently with minimal oversight
• Possess strong Microsoft Excel skills
